Maropeng is celebrating its seventh birthday on 7 December – and there are great specials on offer to keep you and your family entertained this festive season.
Birthday special
On the weekend of 7 to 9 December, Maropeng will be selling tickets at 2005 prices. Adults pay only R65 and children pay as little as R35. Tickets will be available from the ticket office over these three days.
Holiday special
From 10 December 2012 to 6 January 2013 Maropeng will be offering a family package, which includes two combined tickets for children, two combined tickets for adults and two free torches for the kids to use at the Sterkfontein Caves. This special is only available online and costs R570, meaning you save R120.
