Musical farewell for Homo naledi
The dust has settled on this weekend's magnificent musical farewell to the Homo naledi exhibition at Maropeng.
The world-famous fossils have been on display at the Cradle of Humankind's official visitor centre for five weeks, attracting about 40 000 visitors from around the world.
The final day of the exhibition (Sunday, 18 October) was marked with a farewell concert featuring musical legends Johnny Clegg and Lira, as well as award-winning acapella group, The Soil.
