President Zuma visits Maropeng – Photo essay of the week
This week’s photo essay features images from a glamourous event held on Saturday, October 30, at Maropeng. A red carpet was rolled out to welcome President Jacob Zuma and other dignitaries for a dinner to launch the 7th Confederation of African Football Women’s Championship.
The championship will see teams from all over the continent playing against each other for a place in the 2012 FIFA Women’s Football World Cup.
The gala dinner was hosted by the Gauteng premier’s office and guests from all over the continent arrived in fine evening wear.
