The Tumulus has landed!

On visiting Maropeng, the first thing you’ll notice is the unusual design of the Tumulus building, where the main exhibit is housed. From the front it looks like a giant burial mound or tumulus, but from the back the modern, space-age design is revealed. You get the feeling that you’re not at the end of history, but at the beginning of the future.
